• The LMS organizes, manages, and tracks online curriculums per user.
• Through user profiles and system logic, the appropriate curriculum is delivered dynamically based on job role, department, etc.
• The LMS delivers the WBT modules and tracks users as they progress through curriculums.
• The LMS contains a reporting site that provides user- and course- tracking reports that provide organizations with defined and measured user-readiness indicators.
• The LMS provides additional Library and Resource functionality to support the needs of an organization implementing ERP.
