Synaptis has created a unique suite
of development tools.

While the mainstream eLearning industry was settling into fairly typical consultative relationships with it's clients, Synaptis realized that value could be added to our services if we created tools that allowed our customers more interaction in the development process.

We recognized that many of our customers were enterprise-level organizations that had significant training and instructional resources within their operations. There needed to be a different relationship with this type of client other than the typical consultant's "We'll come back to you with what we've decided what you need" approach.

These customers wanted to be involved in the process. They wanted to be able to view and interact with a project as it was being developed, make updates and modifications after a project was delivered and they wanted to exercise options and control delivery of developed courses to their end users.

This is why we created our eAuthor, eReview and eHost tools.
