Since 1999 Synaptis has been providing custom end-user training services for ERP implementations. As ERP applications moved to the Web, so did our solutions. In 2001, we took our e-learning expertise and ability to train on complex systems and began offering our services to organizations with complex, non-system e-Learning needs.

Synaptis takes the same project scoping, needs assessment, and development processes that allow us to breakdown ERP implementations into end-user curriculums and applies them to non-system initiatives such as policies and procedures, workforce development and compensation, and machinery and equipment training.

Synaptis begins every training engagement with a needs assessment to identify target audiences and determine the required curriculum to train and support each group.
Synaptis will assign a project manager to assemble and manage Synaptis’ internal development team. The Project Manager provides the primary interface to clients for project status and issue resolution. Consultants review processes, policies, procedures, legacy training materials, products and product manuals, and existing documentation in preparation for developing training materials. New media developers create graphical comps and a look and feel that are consistent with the client’s culture. All Synaptis team members follow our internal business processes to consistently yield high quality solutions using best practices and proven methodologies.

Throughout the project, the quality assurance team reviews each component of the solution for accuracy and appropriate use of Synaptis styles and standards is the final step.

Throughout the project, the Synaptis support team addresses technical issues directly with the client and in support of the Synaptis project team. When each phase is complete the support team will oversee the implementation and testing of the solution.
