Our client creates automation tools for the chain and community pharmacy industry. Our client’s flagship product is a robotic dispensing system that fills prescription orders automatically.

The quick success of our client’s flagship product caused an immediate customer training need. Our client’s customers are distributed among hundreds of retail chains and cannot afford to leave their stores for training. Our client’s support team offers hands-on training to customers, but wanted to supplement that training with something more than a product manual.

Our client contracted with Synaptis to build a web-based training course that gave an overview of the machine, explained its features and functions, provided instruction on the machine’s user interface and common tasks, and a review and summary section that reinforced key learning points. The course is now available online or via CD to users prior to the onsite installation of the machine giving users prerequisite information to start using the machine immediately.
