We call our process the "Five D" method of instructional design. We began with
the standard Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE)
method and added our time-tested insights.

  learners? What do we need to accomplish?
• Design: Defining the instructional objectives, content, and instructional strategies
  that will meet our clients' goals and the learners’ needs.
• Develop: Developing training that works.
• Deliver: Choosing and using the best method to deliver high quality training.
• Determine Results: The critical evaluation phase, where we assess how well the
  training met the goals.
